(ITACWT Limited, 12 Rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France).

  • Registration is logged (timestamp and IP address) to provide proof of lawful consent.

  • You may unsubscribe at any time via the “Unsubscribe” link included in every email.

  • Your data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

Systeme.io acts as our data processor pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) has been concluded.

5. Payment Processing

If you purchase paid products, payment processing is handled by external payment service providers, including:

  • PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.
    1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Ireland
    (Data transfers to Stripe, Inc. in the USA are safeguarded through EU Standard Contractual Clauses.)

The data required for payment processing (e.g. name, email address, payment details) is transmitted to the respective provider.

6. Hosting & Data Processing

Our website and email communication are hosted and operated by systeme.io.
A Data Processing Agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the provider.

7. Data Retention

We store personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes or to comply with statutory retention obligations:

  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe

  • Contact requests: up to 6 months if no business relationship arises

  • Contract and billing data: 10 years (tax and commercial law requirements)

  • Other voluntarily provided data: until the purpose has been fulfilled or consent is withdrawn

Our website currently does not use cookies, tracking, or analytics tools.
