REFUND POLICY (DIGITAL PRODUCTS)

1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold by The Peak Vibe are digital goods delivered instantly via email and/or on-screen download pages.
Because access is granted immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.

2. No Refunds After Access

Once the digital files are delivered or access is granted, no refunds will be issued.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Starter Pack

  • Prompt Pack

  • Guides, PDFs, and frameworks

  • Future digital drops

  • Audio or video content

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • You were charged twice (duplicate transaction)

  • You experienced a technical issue preventing access and we are unable to resolve it

  • A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws

We reserve the right to request reasonable proof of the issue.

4. EU Customers

If you reside in the European Union:

Digital products that are delivered immediately after purchase are not refundable once access has been provided.
By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is waived in accordance with applicable EU law.

5. Chargebacks

Attempting a chargeback for valid digital purchases after access has been granted may be considered abusive.

In such cases, we may submit evidence including:

  • Proof of instant access

  • File or content delivery records

  • IP logs

  • Email confirmation

Chargeback abuse may result in account suspension or termination.
