By purchasing or accessing our digital content, you agree to these Terms.

All products offered through The Peak Vibe are digital and delivered electronically.
No physical items will be shipped.

After purchase, you will receive instant access via email and/or direct download pages.

3. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased materials for personal use only.

You are not permitted to:

• Publish the files publicly

• Claim the content as your own

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to further legal action.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe).

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the selected payment method.
Prices may change at any time; however, price changes do not affect purchases already completed.

5. No Guarantees

Our products are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

• Psychological or emotional transformations

6. Refunds

Digital products are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.

Refunds may be granted only where required by applicable law or as outlined in our separate Refund Policy.
Instant access means you receive the full content immediately, and therefore refunds may be limited.

7. EU Right of Withdrawal

If you reside in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, by purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately, you expressly agree to the immediate provision of the content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, text, structure, files, and assets provided by The Peak Vibe are the exclusive intellectual property of The Peak Vibe, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for:

• Damages resulting from misuse of the content

• Loss of data

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Decisions made based on the provided materials
